Kememe's story

The meaning of KEMEME...

3rd January 1993..

A beautiful and frail baby girl was born on Sunday morning, 3rd January at Pusat Rawatan Islam, Kuala Lumpur. It was hard for the parents to decide a name for the baby. A few were chosen. At last the war between which name to give was put into an end.. Everyone knows her by the name of Hanah... This girl just like to laugh and not very fussy about food... It was easy. She has curly hair and a big wide smile... She was the favorite of her grandfather. So what her parents had told her (and telling her still! :)). She was still a baby when her grandfather passed away (a year after she was born). The memories were not enough for her to remember when she grows up. Only words coming from her parents mouth tells her what her GRANDPA was like. Too bad her grandfather did not have the time to spend with her sister.

A year later, Hanah got a baby sister named Farah. These two fought like cats and dogs. From day 'till night and night 'till day. It was tiring for their parents just to keep up with them and just wanted them to keep quite. Even though the two fought like crazy but nobody can separate them apart from each other. What can I say, it's a sibling thing. Though you hate each other, you still need one another. Who said life is easy but it is sweet!

A few years had flown by, Hanah had started to learn to walk and talk... She started to explore the world with her tiny chubby arms... Her small feet started to take her anywhere she wanted to go. She always wanted to follow anywhere her parents go. Her parents was having a HARD time trying to catch up with her. She never wanted to be left behind or even just staying at home playing with dolls and watch tv.. She loved seeing the world trough her big black eyes.. "Take me, Take me!" Those were the exact words she said whenever she wanted to go out... Her parents was so worried to take her out... She was ever so excited and always moving ahead of others. She even got on an elevator alone and made her parents skipped a beat. Thank goodness she was still in the elevator when her parents found her... huhu!!!

Well, I do not know what to say anymore about this girl... All I know is that this girl is a very private girl who is shy in telling her secret or even voicing her opinion. She's a girl whom is always afraid of being ashamed of herself. Well this girl is trying to break the wall which is pulling her down from others.

Are you wondering how does this story relates to me and the word KEMEME?? Well the word 'Take Me' is KEMEME which sticks 'till this very day. My mother just like that name and always use it to tease me... hehe Well, I was a little girl who was just learning to speak. I guess my English was WORSE at the time. The story above is just a part of my story when I was a little girl. These stories were just based on my parents when they told me how I was, being that little girl.

My name is Hanah,
I am just an ordinary person,
Sometimes I am as sweet as a rose,
But I can be as tough as leather,
I am not a perfect person,
But I am as friendly as a puppy,
I became as silly as a sheep with them,
I can be as loyal as a dove to my friends,
Even though I am not as fit as a fiddle,
Or as beautiful as the sunset,
I still maintain to be as active as quicksilver,
And try to be as happy as a king.
